📄 Prime Plaza Service Sales Agreement

This agreement is between Prime Plaza (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the individual or entity receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), and sets forth the terms related to digital consulting services sold through the website www.primeplaza.com.

2. Scope of Service

The consulting services provided by the Service Provider include: Account Management Partnership, Amazon DropShipping Training, Amazon Online Arbitrage Training, Amazon account setup, Amazon Policy Violation Resolution, UK Company Formation, UK Director Appointment Service, Germany LUCID registration, and other similar e-commerce consultancy services.

3. Service Fees and Currency

Services such as UK company formation and director appointments are priced in GBP (Pound Sterling). Services such as Account Management Partnership, DropShipping Training, Online Arbitrage Training, account setup, and policy violation resolution are priced in USD (US Dollar). All prices are stated under the relevant service titles.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payments are made via bank transfer to IBANs belonging to Payoneer, Wise, or Turkish banks. Credit card payments are not accepted. Services are initiated and fulfilled as soon as payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In general, no cancellations or refunds are accepted for purchased services. Refunds are only provided for unresolved items in the "Intellectual Property Violation and Restricted Product Violation Resolution" service, if the violation is not resolved after 3 attempts. No refund is provided for cancellations made without a valid reason.

6. Tax Responsibility

Service fees are collected via personal accounts. The Client is solely responsible for any tax obligations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The confidentiality of all account information, documents, and content belonging to the Client is strictly protected. Amazon accounts, documents, and commercial data are never shared with third parties. Prime Plaza handles all client data with great care and responsibility. 8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Plaza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable damages that may arise from the consultancy services provided. The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.

By purchasing a service through Prime Plaza, the Client is deemed to have read, accepted, and approved this agreement in full.
